Mr. James Zhou founded Oilman group in 1999 at Shanghai after 10+ years services in CNPC and Sinopec as Drilling Engineer, Rig Manager and Director of International Business Development. 2013 founded Oilman International LLC at Houston, Texas . 2018 Joint Venture with Mr. Zhao Zhao, Founder of Kingrig, Mr. George Li, ex GM of Oilman group, at Dubai serves customers from GCC region in name of Kingrig & Oilman DMCC.
